Food-Grade Nonwoven Fabric Engineered for Nicotine Pouches

Your pouch is only as good as the material around it. Musenn engineers food-grade nonwoven material solutions for nicotine and oral pouches. The MSN series is available in 32 gsm and 34 gsm options, so manufacturers can select the basis weight that best fits their machine setup, pouch format, and target mouthfeel.

What Musenn products help deliver

  • Reliable sealing without glue — heat-sealable thermoplastic bicomponent fibers support reliable sealing behavior, with no adhesive glue. Heat-sealing values are documented in the product-specific TDS for the selected gsm option and should be validated on your line.
  • A wider, more forgiving heat-sealing window — designed to help reduce trial-and-error, waste, and downtime during converting.
  • Stable converting and low linting — engineered for clean runs and a clean white appearance, supporting both production cleanliness and finished-pouch quality.
  • Built for wet and dry processes — engineered permeability supports high-moisture wet-process pouches as well as dry formats.
  • Runs on your existing lines — 32 gsm / 34 gsm options, custom slitting widths up to 1,600 mm, white and black options.
  • Patent-protected technology — Musenn’s fiber-level heat-sealing approach is protected by granted invention patents in China, the United States, and Europe.
  • Documentation-ready — product-specific TDS, MSDS, SGS reports referencing FDA food-contact requirements, and food-contact & allergen statements are available on request.
