Musenn operates musenn.com as a business-to-business website for oral pouch material information, samples, technical documentation, and commercial enquiries. If you have a privacy question, contact info@musenn.com.
Information we collect
- Inquiry and sample requests: name, work email, company, country, application, expected volume, message, and the page where the request was submitted.
- Documentation requests: contact details needed to provide requested certificates or technical files.
- Technical and security data: IP address and standard server/request information used for security, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Website measurement: when measurement is allowed, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement may process information about pages viewed, interactions, device/browser information, traffic source, and whether a business inquiry is attributed to a campaign.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and technical questions.
- Prepare samples, documentation, qualification discussions, quotations, and commercial follow-up.
- Maintain a reliable record of website leads so enquiries are not lost if an email notification fails.
- Protect the website against abuse and diagnose technical problems.
- Understand website performance and improve content, navigation, and lead generation.
Legal basis and B2B communications
Depending on applicable law and the context of your request, processing may be based on steps you ask us to take before a business relationship, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B website and responding to business enquiries, and consent where required for analytics and advertising-measurement technologies. We do not sell website inquiry data.
B2B prospecting and business contacts
Musenn may identify and contact organizations that appear relevant to pouch-material sourcing, production, engineering, supplier qualification, or related business discussions. For this limited B2B prospecting purpose, we may process business contact information such as a person’s name, employer, professional role, business email address, country, the public source of the information, and notes about why the organization appears relevant.
Sources may include company websites, professional or industry directories, public exhibitor or event information, referrals, and other publicly available or lawfully provided business sources. Where personal data is involved, processing may rely on our legitimate interests in relevant B2B business development where that basis is available and appropriate. Electronic-marketing rules differ by jurisdiction, so not every researched business contact is automatically eligible to receive marketing email.
Our first direct communication identifies Musenn and provides a simple way to object to or stop further marketing. If you tell us that you do not want further business-development email, we will stop direct marketing to that address and may keep only the minimum information needed to respect that preference and avoid contacting you again.
Service providers and international processing
Musenn uses service providers to operate the website and inquiry workflow. These may include Cloudflare for DNS, security, delivery and backup storage; Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for measurement; LarkSuite for business email; and hosting/infrastructure providers. Data may therefore be processed in more than one country, subject to the provider’s applicable contractual and security safeguards.
Measurement and privacy choices
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage and advertising storage are set to denied by default until measurement is allowed. For visitors elsewhere, analytics storage and advertising storage are enabled by default for website and campaign measurement unless the visitor rejects measurement. You can reopen the choice later with the “Privacy choices” button. Ad user data and ad personalization remain denied regardless of the measurement choice. Essential security functions remain active regardless of the choice.
When measurement is allowed, Musenn may store first-touch marketing attribution in first-party browser storage, such as the landing page, referring domain, UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID (gclid), or Microsoft Ads click ID (msclkid). If you submit a business inquiry, those attribution fields may be copied into the Musenn lead record so the inquiry can be connected to its acquisition source. Rejecting measurement clears or prevents this first-touch attribution storage.
Retention
Inquiry and business-contact records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, technical or supplier qualification, commercial records, dispute prevention, and legitimate business requirements. Prospect records that are no longer relevant may be removed or minimized. Where someone objects to direct marketing, we may retain the minimum suppression information needed to respect that choice and avoid contacting the same address again. Rotating backups may retain copies for a limited additional period. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer required, subject to legal or contractual retention obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact info@musenn.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Commercial entities
The legal entity responsible for a quotation, order, contract, or specific product document will be identified in the relevant commercial document. Some product documentation is issued by Guangzhou Musenn Tech Co., Ltd. as the manufacturing entity.

We may update this notice when the website, service providers, or business processes change. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
